Tigerloop Combi 3 De-Aerator - TCN110i
The Tigerloop Combi removes air from heating oil and is fitted on the outside wall of the property, between the tank and the pressure jet burner. This allows the tank to be installed lower than the burner. The Tiger Loop can draw fuel from up to 30m away with a 10mm fuel line. Similar to the basic TigerLoop Original, but with integrated disposable filter. Suitable for oil and kerosene.
INCLUDED:
- Tigerloop Wall Bracket
ADVANTAGES:

The Tigerloop pre-heats the oil to at least room temperature by absorbing the heat from the boiler room and friction heat from the pump.
The new Tigerloop Combi offers several advantages thanks to the integrated oil filter. It allows the possibility of choosing different oil filter inserts depending on the need. The installation is done with fewer connections, simplifying work and reducing the risk from leakage.
The new Combi 3 design also comes with a control valve and an optional integrated vacuum gauge for full control and easy troubleshooting. When purchasing please select which option you need.
The Tigerloop is a product designed to meet increasing demands on energy savings, environmental and operational safety. Environmental regulations and changes in oil qualities continue to place high demands not only on material selection, but also on clean and air-free oil for optimal combustion with minimal discharge of harmful particles. Tigerloop makes it possible to use a one-pipe system in all types of heating installations, thus ensuring the most environmentally safe method for transporting oil from the oil tank to the burner.
Tigerloop combines the advantages for the oil pump of a two-pipe system with advantages from the oil tank of a one-pipe system. When using a one-pipe system and Tigerloop, only the amount of oil used by the oil burner is drawn from the oil tank. As the oil flow decreases, so does the amount of dirt particles transported from the tank. This results in cleaner combustion. The pressurized return line to the oil tank is removed, thus eliminating the risk for hazardous leakage. A large amount of air bubbles are released when oil is drawn from the oil tank to the oil burner. These air bubbles cause breakdowns, increased soot and excessive wear on the oil pump. By functioning as an automatic deaerator, Tigerloop eliminates all such problems.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
- Tigerloop Fitting Kit (2x Steel braided lines and fittings) - required for new installation
NOT for internal installation as it vents contaminated air into its surrounding environment. For internal installations consider the TigerLoop Bio.
