VLP5000PDD Low Profile 110% Bunded Fuel Dispenser
The DESO VLP5000PDD 5000 Litre Bunded Diesel Dispensing Tank is a heavy-duty fuel storage and refuelling solution designed for commercial, agricultural, industrial and fleet applications.
With a nominal 5000 litre capacity and a low-profile vertical design, this tank provides substantial on-site fuel storage while incorporating everything required for convenient day-to-day dispensing.
The fully bunded construction provides secondary containment for additional environmental protection, while the integrated dispensing equipment allows vehicles, machinery and plant equipment to be refuelled directly from the tank.
Supplied with an electric pump, 6 metre delivery hose, automatic shut-off nozzle, 10-micron water and particulate filter, overfill prevention valve and contents gauge, the VLP5000PDD provides a complete and practical solution for businesses requiring reliable access to stored fuel.

Fully Bunded Fuel Storage
The DESO VLP5000PDD features a fully bunded tank-within-a-tank construction, providing additional protection when storing large quantities of fuel.
The inner tank acts as the primary fuel storage vessel, while the surrounding outer tank provides secondary containment. Should fuel escape from the inner tank, the bund is designed to retain the surplus fuel and help reduce the risk of environmental contamination.
This makes the VLP5000PDD a secure choice for businesses requiring substantial on-site diesel storage.
Suitable for Diesel & HVO
The DESO VLP5000PDD is suitable for storing and dispensing diesel, gas oil and compatible HVO fuel.
This makes the tank a versatile option for businesses operating conventional diesel equipment as well as organisations looking to introduce HVO into their fleet or machinery operations.
Please note that this tank is not designed for the storage of kerosene.
Delivery
Please note it is the customer responsibility to arrange suitable offloading equipment unless a hiab has been requested at a additional cost.
We recommend not to book any installation or machinery until the tank has been delivered. We will not be responsible for any additional cost occurred with delayed deliveries.
Failed deliveries may result in additional charges.
Collection may be available ex works (Please contact us in regards to this option).

This Oil Tank must be installed and maintained in accordance to the current OFTEC guidelines, by an OFTEC Registered Technician or similarly competent person.
Fuel Tank Shop and the manufacturer will not be responsible for oil tank installations which do not comply with these requirements.
OFTEC Base Construction Guidelines (in brief):
- Adequate for the weight of the tank when full
- Non-combustible, imperforate and level
- Constructed of concrete, paving stones or stonework
- Any non-Standard Uk plug to be removed and hard-wired
- Large enough to extend 300mm beyond ALL sides of the tanks

Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct size and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke and non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

All our tanks are available for collection ex works. Our suppliers are based all over the UK — please call if you wish to collect.
Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
