Steel Bunded IBC - Drum Store DPU96-24
Suitable for 24 x IBC or 96 x 205 LTR Drums. Outdoor Secure Storage. Fully compliant, fully bunded stores backed by manufacturer's 20-year structure guarantee.
The base of this unit is manufactured from mild steel sheet and uses RHS cross members and pressed ribs for additional strength. All the corner posts and shelves, main rails and cross members are manufactured from rolled hollow section and the back, sides and door panels are pressed from mild steel sheet which is corrugated where required.
The sloping roof is pressed and fitted with suitable bracing, welded around the perimeter and fitted with crane lifting points, and the six steel sliding doors run on an easy glide track. Constructed from mild steel, the sump is fully seam welded and fitted with galvanised steel pallet channels (3 per pallet space). The sump as you would expect complies fully with all current UK regulations relating to sump capacities, and the underside is fitted with plinths to eliminate contact with ground and reduce the risk of corrosion. Pallets on the upper level sit directly onto a steel support frame and prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.
This model can hold up to 96 x 205 LTR drums or 24 x 1000 LTR IBCs across two levels and will accommodate standard 1200 mm x 1200 mm, 1200 mm x 1000 mm and 1200 mm x 800 mm pallets.

Delivery
All our IBC Stores are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle. Please note, an extra delivery charge will be added if a HIAB is required to offload, please contact us before placing your order if this is required.

Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct size and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke and non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
