SECOH JDK-S-60 Single Series Blower Complete with Cable
The SECOH JDK-S-60 is a linear-diaphragm (electromagnetic oscillation) air blower, designed as a modern, energy-efficient replacement for older EL/LP/HP-60 models.
It is engineered for continuous duty aeration service in wastewater treatment, sewage systems, and other applications where dependable, oil-free air supply is needed.
The JDK models are a direct replacement of the Secoh EL series of blower. They feature up to 30% less energy consumption, as well as being more compact than the EL series.
This model is to be used in the Biosafe/ CLP6 unit, located on the inside of the unit.
| Features | Benefits |
| Energy-efficient design |
Consumes less power (up to ~30% less than comparable older EL Series) thanks to reduced Internal friction and optimised electromagnetic drive |
| Compact, Lightweight construction |
Smaller footprint and lower weight (6.5 kg) make it easier to install or retrofit in constrained plant enclosures |
| Oil-Free Airflow |
No oil lubrication is needed, so the delivered air is clean and free of oil vapour or contaminants - critical for water/ biozones |
| Low noise & low vibration |
The unit features a built-in muffler chamber and vibration isolation between motor and pump parts to reduce acoustic disturbance |
| Pulsation-Free flow |
Specially shaped pump chambers and muffling result in a smoother, steadier airflow, better suited for fine diffuser systems |
| Robust, weather - resistant housing |
The blower is rated as rainproof / weatherproof (but should be sheltered from direct sun, rain, snow) |
| Modular Serviceability |
Standard spare kits (diaphragms, valve boxes, filters) are available and easy to replace, minimising downtime |

Why does my system need serviced?
- It’s important that your sewage treatment plant or septic tank system is emptied and maintained regularly to continue operating optimally.
- Poorly performing systems can cause serious health hazards as well as local pollution risks.

- As a homeowner, you must also ensure that your system remains in good order and replace it when necessary.
- We do recommend that you keep a detailed log of when your system is inspected, maintained, emptied or serviced as you may need these details in future.
- Our treatment plant service includes a full check to ensure everything is in perfect working order.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.
