HS3.75 110v Automatic Submersible Site Drainage Pump
The HS series are 50 mm (2”) and 80 mm (3”) submersible pumps with motor sizes in 400watt and 750watt. The models HS2.75S and HS3.75S offer increased head and flow capability over the HS2.4S. All models have a solid cast aluminium body, cast iron pump casing and an impact resistant PVC strainer base for durability during robust handling. The urethane vortex impeller offers excellent wear resistance in site applications where the water contains sand and silt in suspension, thus maintaining performance and reliability. The 750watt pumps feature an oil lifter to maintain seal lubrication during operation in any position.
All models have a 403 stainless steel shaft, that is fitted with an ultra-hard wearing, double mechanical seal (inboard: silicon carbide-silicon carbide) – which runs in an oil chamber - and have a stirring device to reduce blockages. Used predominantly as contractor pumps on site drainage duties, they can also be used in other industrial applications. Supplied with 10 metres of heavy duty, rubber power cable. Available in single-phase only with an optional float switch.
The puddle pump adaptor kit is an optional extra that will convert the HS2.4S to a puddle sucker. It will enable the pumping of water levels down to 10 mm, maximize utilisation and is very simple to fit. The kit comprises a rubber coated steel bottom plate, stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers.
All 110 volts contractor pumps are factory fitted with 16A plugs and supplied with a hose clip. However, the HS2.4S is available without either to keep the price competitive - see model code HS2.4S(B). This model is supplied only when specifically requested.

Delivery
All our Submersible Pumps are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.

Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct size and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke and non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
