Enduramaxx 2100 Litre Cone Tank with 30° base

Product Overview

The Enduramaxx 2100 Litre Cone Tank with 30° Base is a rotationally moulded polyethylene storage and process tank designed for applications where effective drainage and easy removal of stored liquids are important. The 30-degree conical base allows the contents to drain towards the outlet, helping minimise retained liquid and making the tank suitable for a wide range of storage, mixing, settlement and processing applications.

Manufactured from high-density food-grade polyethylene, the tank has a consistent wall thickness, high impact and chemical resistance, and UV stabilisation for outdoor installation. With a 2,100 litre capacity, 1,200 mm diameter and 2,465 mm overall height, it provides a useful balance between storage volume and installation footprint.

30° Cone Bottom for Effective Drainage

The defining feature of this tank is its 30-degree conical base. Rather than having a flat bottom, the sloping base directs stored material towards the outlet, allowing the contents to drain more completely.

This can be particularly useful where reducing residual liquid is important. The cone design also helps address concerns around vortexing and can support applications involving liquid transfer, mixing, settlement and processing.

The tank is supplied with a frame option, providing approximately 260 mm of clearance between the outlet and the ground when the frame is used.

Food-Grade & WRAS Options

The tank is manufactured from high-density food-grade polyethylene. When supplied in black, the tank is WRAS approved according to the product page.

The natural version is translucent, allowing the contents of the tank to be viewed more easily through the tank wall. The natural option is specified as food grade.

This makes the tank particularly useful for applications where visibility of the stored material is beneficial, although chemical compatibility must still be confirmed for the

Optional Support Frame

A galvanised steel support frame is available for the cone tank. The frame raises the tank above ground and provides access underneath the conical outlet.

When the frame is used, there is approximately 260 mm of clearance between the outlet and the ground. This space can be useful for positioning pipework, valves or a collection vessel beneath the tank.

The tank can also be supplied without the frame where a suitable existing support structure is already available.

Liquid Compatibility

Although the tank is manufactured from chemical-resistant polyethylene, not every liquid or chemical will be compatible with the standard tank specification.

Tanks Direct states that it is the customer's responsibility to check the compatibility of the intended contents before purchase. Some liquids or chemicals may require an alternative fitting or different tank material, which can be supplied subject to quotation.

For specialist chemical applications, the properties and concentration of the stored liquid should therefore be confirmed before ordering

  • Beer, cider and wine production
  • Microbrewery and craft brewing applications
