Product Overview
The Enduramaxx 1600 Litre Cone Tank with 60° Base is a high-quality conical storage tank designed for applications where efficient drainage, mixing and clean-out are important. Its steep 60° cone-shaped base allows stored liquids to drain effectively from the tank, while the design can also help reduce concerns associated with vortexing during discharge.
Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using a rotational moulding process, the tank has a consistent wall thickness and is designed to provide high impact and chemical resistance. UV stabilisation makes it suitable for outdoor installation, while the natural version is translucent, allowing the contents to be viewed without opening the tank.
With a 1,600 litre capacity and a vertical above-ground design, this Enduramaxx cone tank is suited to agricultural, industrial, food-processing and liquid-storage applications.

60° Cone Base for Efficient Drainage
The defining feature of this tank is its 60° cone-shaped base. Unlike a conventional flat-bottomed tank, the steep conical design directs the contents towards the outlet, making it particularly useful where efficient emptying and drainage are required.
This makes the tank suitable for applications involving liquids that need to be discharged, transferred, mixed or cleaned out regularly. The cone design is also intended to help address vortexing concerns during discharge.
Outlet and Support Frame
The tank is supplied with polyethylene construction and nitrile rubber gaskets on the outlet as standard. When the tank is installed with the appropriate support frame, there is approximately 260 mm of clearance between the outlet and the ground.
A suitable support arrangement should be selected for the particular installation, taking into account the tank, its contents, pipework and operating conditions.

Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct size and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke and non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

All our tanks are available for collection ex works. Our suppliers are based all over the UK — please call if you wish to collect.
Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
