Product Overview
The Enduramaxx 1000 Litre Cone Tank with 30° Base is designed for applications where efficient drainage and easy emptying are important. Its 30° conical base directs the stored liquid towards the outlet, making it particularly useful where complete drainage is an advantage and helping to address concerns with vortexing during discharge.
Manufactured from high-density polyethylene using a rotational moulding process, the tank provides a consistent wall thickness together with high impact and chemical resistance. The UV-stabilised construction makes it suitable for outdoor installations, while the natural version is translucent so the contents can be viewed through the tank.
With a 1,000 litre capacity and compact 1,200 mm diameter, this vertical cone tank is suitable for agricultural, food, brewing, chemical, industrial and liquid-processing applications.

30° Cone Base for Effective Drainage
The 30° angled base is the defining feature of this Enduramaxx cone tank. The sloping bottom helps move liquid towards the outlet, making it a useful choice for applications where efficient emptying and drainage are important.
A conical bottom can be particularly beneficial for tanks used for mixing, processing, cleaning or transferring liquids, where retaining material in the bottom of a conventional flat-bottomed tank would be undesirable.
The design also helps address concerns with vortexing as liquid is discharged from the tank.
Outlet and Support Frame
The tank is supplied with a nitrile rubber gasket on the outlet as standard. An optional support frame is available for installations requiring the tank to be raised above ground level.
When supplied with the frame, the overall height of the tank and frame is approximately 1,552 mm.
The support arrangement should be selected according to the intended application and must be capable of safely supporting the tank and its contents when full.
Natural and Black Options
The Enduramaxx 1000 Litre Cone Tank is available in different configurations, including natural and black.
The natural version is translucent, allowing the contents of the tank to be viewed without opening it. This can be useful for monitoring the approximate level and appearance of the stored liquid.
When supplied in black, the tank is WRAS approved. The natural version is food grade, making the choice of tank colour and configuration an important consideration when specifying the tank for a particular application.
Liquid Compatibility
The tank is manufactured from polyethylene and supplied with a standard nitrile rubber outlet gasket.
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the stored liquid is compatible with the tank material, outlet and gasket before purchase. Some chemicals and specialist liquids may require an alternative fitting or tank material.
Where an alternative specification is required, this should be discussed with Tanks Direct before ordering and may be subject to a price on application.

If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

All our tanks are available for collection ex works. Our suppliers are based all over the UK — please call if you wish to collect.
Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
