If I select commissioning, what's involved?
We offer 2 types of commissioning depending on what unit you require it for. We can offer the standard commissioning or a smart commissioning.
What's the difference between the Standard and Smart Commissioning?
Standard
A basic package with the following benefits:
- Peace of mind - rest assured that all mechanical and electrical components have been installed correctly and tested to make sure they are working as intended.
- Trouble-free operation of your system from the start.
- You will be issued with a full commissioning certificate for your system.
- Available on our full range of wastewater and surface water products.
Smart
Offers all the benefits of the standard commissioning plus the following:
- Under EN 858-2, (specific to separators only) it is recommended that you install a local or remote alarm to your separator in order to prevent pollution incidents - our package includes SmartServ Pro remote monitoring with early fault detection.
- Comprehensive asset tracking, removing local reliance to monitor operation status.
- Less risk of business downtime - with our SmartServ Pro solution, you can proactively tackle operational problems before they impact your business.

All our tanks are available for collection ex works. Our suppliers are based all over the UK — please call if you wish to collect.
Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.
