Service and maintenance
Your pump station should be serviced bi-annually to prevent blockages or obstructions in the inlet or outlet pipes from occurring. Any service and maintenance works need to be carried out by a properly trained professional, with appropriate experience, especially with mechanical and electrical parts. For more information on service and maintenance plans, please give our team a call on 01643 703358.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
