Calpeda GQS 50-15 Submersible Drainage Pump
The Calpeda GQS submersible drainage pump is a single-impeller submersible pump with a free-flow (vortex) impeller and with a vertical threaded delivery G2" port. This submersible sewage pump has a maximum head height of 15m and a maximum pump rating of 600 l/min.
Applications
- For domestic or industrial waste water, dirty water with solids up to 50 mm grain size, for liquids which are compatible with the pump materials
- For draining rooms or emptying tanks
- Extraction of water from ponds, streams or pits and for rainwater collection

Features
- G 2" vertical, upward delivery port for installation in small pits, without the need for an elbow on the pump
- Cable length 10 m, pump single-phase with plug

- Relief valve: the pump is fitted to a relief valve for air release around the impeller, granting a proper pump priming also after long standstill periods
- Pump casing with epoxy cataphoresis treatment joined to the external paint for a greater protection against the rust
- Handle in polypropylene, with frame in stainless steel
- Easy adjustment of the float switch: to allow the adjustment of start/stop pump levels
- The double shaft seal with oil chamber separates the motor from the water and provides further protection against accidental operation when dry
- Chamber with food/pharmaceutical machinery oil
- Impeller with epoxy cataphoresis treatment for a greater protection against the rust
- Shaft in chrome-nickel stainless steel.
- The free-form impeller (vortex) construction is particularly suitable for liquids containing solids up to 40mm

However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
