ABS Sulzer Sanimat 1002-D01*4-X
Flood-proof, double lifting station, for automatic sewage pumping from areas below the backwash level in accordance with EN 12050-1. Ideal for effective dewatering of domestic residences or commercial developments. Suitable for new installations or for renovation of old buildings.
Features
- Plug-in unit with CEE plug and phase sequence changeover facility.
- Easily transported and fitted. Compact dimensions allow passage through a standard door opening.
- Dynamic pressure level sensor on the tank, with separate sensors for inflow level and high-water alarm.
- Trouble-free maintenance thanks to simple removal of the motor housing.
- Five horizontal inlet ports (4 x DN 100, 1 x DN 150) and three vertical (2 x DN 100, 1 x DN 150). Vertical vent line DN 70.
- Two small diameter ports (DN 40/50) suitable only for wastewater.
- DN 40 is suitable for connection of a hand membrane pump.
- Discharge flange DN 80, plus flanged socket with 4" sleeve and clips (for discharge pipe DN 80/100).
- Direct toilet connection possible in the case of wall-mounted WC units.
- Integrated valve system consisting of two ball-type, non-return valves.
- Two pumps; very quiet thanks to 4-pole, slow-running motors.
- Vortex impeller with large free passage and rear blade mounting, for reliable pumping of both faecal and faecal-free sewage.
- Sloping container floor prevents deposits.
- Built-in mains alarm (visual and acoustic), can be converted to mains-independent by inserting battery.
- Maximum allowable temperature of medium is 40 °C, or up to 60 °C intermittent (max. 5 minutes).
Delivery
All our Waste water pumps are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.

Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct size and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke and non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
