Product Overview
The 80 Litre Upright Water Tank is a compact and versatile solution for the storage and transportation of potable water and a wide range of other compatible liquids.
Manufactured from durable MDPE / polyethylene, this upright tank provides a nominal capacity of 80 litres, making it a practical choice where a reliable water supply is required without the footprint of a larger storage tank.
The upright rectangular design makes efficient use of floor space while providing a useful amount of water storage. Measuring approximately 300 × 600 × 450 mm, it is well suited to compact installations, mobile applications, cleaning systems, agricultural use and general-purpose water storage.
The natural version is manufactured from semi-translucent medium-density polyethylene, allowing the approximate water level to be viewed through the tank wall. This makes it easy to monitor the remaining water supply without having to open the tank.
The tank has a standard 3/4" BSP outlet and an 8" lid, with an opening of approximately 115 mm. Optional BSP outlet sizes and outlet positioning are available, allowing the tank to be adapted to different installation requirements.

If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

All our tanks are available for collection ex works. Our suppliers are based all over the UK — please call if you wish to collect.
Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
