Flexible Bladders for storage of POTABLE Water, FIRE Prevention Water Storage, remote areas, commercial drinking water supply, and other Camp needs such as catering and showers. These collapsible pillow tanks are ideal for emergency relief use, festivals, and transporting empty tanks to difficult locations.
The collapsible tank for drinking water is designed to provide large capacity potable water storage. Potable water is one of the most basic logistical requirements, particularly in arid environments. The flexible nature of these tanks has enabled the storage of large quantities of drinking water in a single location.
Collapsible Water Tank Information
The collapsible water tank is a highly resistant, durable product that offers an NSF 61 and FDA-compliant construction. This provides you with a tank that is well-equipped to safely store potable water. Pillow tanks offer a highly flexible tank structure that can be adapted to meet specific storage requirements or capacities. Typical capacities for these tanks range between 1000 and 200,000 Litres to help meet large and small storage requirements. When empty, the pillow tank lies flat and is then easily rolled up or folded for transportation. This flexible nature has increased the tank's ease of use, making setup times fast and shipping costs low.
Water Quality:
With static water conditions, there is a risk of a change in the quality of the physical, chemical, and biological characteristics. Threats that may be in untreated water include microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria. The user must be made aware of the risk of contamination, such as Legionella. It is recommended that where the stored water is contained for long periods, the water is quality checked regularly to ensure quality is maintained. It is recommended that the Pillow Tanks be laid down on a ground cleared of any sharp objects and on top of a Groundsheet. Groundsheets are available as an optional extra in Geotextile or PVC.
Each Bladder Tank Includes:
- 2 x 2" BSP Male bulkhead connector (can be used as an inlet and outlet)
- 4 x Corner Protectors
- 1 x 4" Access port with integrated 0.5 PSI Pressure relief valve
- 1 x 2" Underside Drain
Delivery
All our flexible tanks are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.
If you require assistance with offloading, we may be able to offer a tail lift (lowers the tank to the ground) or HIAB (lorry with a mounted crane to winch the tank off the delivery vehicle). Please contact us if this is required for delivery.

Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct size and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke and non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find it is too big, too small, or unsuitable for your requirements, it can be expensive to return. Delivery charges
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

All our tanks are available for collection ex works. Our suppliers are based all over the UK — please call if you wish to collect.
Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
