2000 Litre Animal Watering Bowser - Road Tow
We're proud to present the 2000 Litre Animal Watering bowser from Trailer Engineering. This is the Road tow version meaning this is specially designed to be towed happily across the fields to where it is needed most as well as along the road, with it's fully welded and galvanised frame and the 15 inch tyre rims give great ground clearance to help.
Every trailer that leaves the factory is built to the highest of standards to ensure the reliability and durability of the trailer. This water trailer has a single axle for more ground clearance when towing over rough terrain and is fully certified to be towed on public roads. The lighting board found on our 2000 Litre Animal Feeder EU Highway Bowser with large trough is secured in a channel with a guard to protect the lights from animals that are drinking from the trough.
Animals such as sheep, cows, deer and horses would have no issues drinking from the bowser.
It's also fitted with two drop stands at the back to ensure stability and no tipping when the animals are drinking. The trough itself is selffilling with a ballcock installed which controls the filling mechanism.
The trough itself measures 1193mm x 482mm x 280mm Capacity with a capacity of 136 litres (or 30 gallons).

CHASSIS:
The bowser chassis is constructed from a 5mm pressed steel section fully welded with a standing plate and 100 x 50 R.S.C ‘A’ frame drawbar & a front standing plate.
AXLE/SUSPENSION:
Our 2000 Litre Animal Feeder EU Highway Bowser with a large trough comes with a single Avonride torsion beam axle fitted with 300 x 60 auto reverse brakes.
WHEELS AND TYRES:
2 no. 235 /85 x 16 12 ply radial tyres on 5 stud 6.1/2” pcd rims
COUPLING:
Knott 3000kg capacity posibrake over run auto reverse coupling c/w breakaway cable, spring assisted handbrake lever, fitted with 40mm eye or 50mm ball.
TANK:
The tank is elliptical in section, with internal anti surge baffle & fitted with an 18” lockable outer hinged manlid cover, inner sealed vented manlid. 2” front draw off, 2 rear outlet connections. Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps.
ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT:
Plastic mudguards, front telescopic jockey wheel, full road lighting c/w 13pin plug, 2 rear prop stands. 30 Gallon Double Water Trough, fitted with B.S Ball valve. Capacity: – 136 Litres/ 30 Gal.

Our shipping costs cover most of the UK. However, parts of England, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may cost more.

Overseas orders
International orders are welcome. Payment is by IBAN / SWIFT / BIC, MoneyGram and letters of credit. We regret that credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
A purchase order is required; we will then create a pro-forma invoice, and tanks are ordered on clearance of funds.
If you require additional export documentation — for example a Certificate of Origin, or commercial invoices certified by the Chamber of Commerce — you must notify us before completion of your order, as we will have to invoice cost and admin charges to the order.

Offloading
Unless a HIAB delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery. A failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend that installers, plant hire and installation materials — excavators, aggregates and so on — are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays; please see our terms for more details.
