Maintenance
- The Fork Mounted Snow Plough should be inspected weekly for general condition with particular attention paid to: A – All weld points, B – Wear and distortion of fork pockets and thumb screws, C – Any damaged/worn components
- Damage or failure must be reported and rectified immediately prior to re-use of the attachment.
- General surface rusting especially in the critical areas should be treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers and paint on a regular basis.
- Regular inspection of the wear blade should be made and its position adjusted so as to ensure that the main Snow Blade is clear of wear.
- After each use clean the plough down with water to remove any salt residue.

Invicta 1250mm Snow Plough Attachment
Often seen as a seasonal attachment, but one you can almost guarantee that you wish you had should the snow arrive.
Quickly attached to the forks and deployed to clear the required area, to ensure continuous operation and that you and your employees have the safest working environment possible to work in. It's more than capable of clearing freshly fallen or compacted snow when required to ease vehicle or pedestrian access i.e. car parks, access roads and service yards.
Outside of the winter period other customers have found use for them as yard scrapers.
The adjustable blade can have the degree adjusted to suit your needs.

Health & Safety
- The manager of the department or section where the attachment is to be used must be responsible for ensuring the operators are fully conversant with the attachment, its operation, maintenance and that the thumb screws are fully tightened.
- Do not drive into the fork pockets without retracting the thumb screws.
- Do not shock load the attachment under any circumstances.
- Ensure that the area to be cleared is free of speed humps and/or raised kerbs etc so as to prevent damage to the Snow Plough Blade.
- Always Plough inline with the gradient of the road surface.
- Drive the Snow Plough ensuring that the Skids/Castors are in contact with the road surface at all times.

Offloading
Unless a hi-ab delivery has been booked at additional cost, it is the customer's responsibility to offload with suitable equipment on the day of delivery and a failed delivery may result in additional charges.
We recommend installers and/or plant hire & materials to install such as excavators, aggregates etc are not booked until you are in receipt of the goods. Tanks Direct cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen delays, please see our terms for more details.
HIAB
HIAB delivery will be required if you need the tank offloaded from the delivery vehicle. The driver will unload the tank from the vehicle to ground level, however this service is not to place the tank in situ, this will need to be arranged separately.

Returns Information

All Items must be returned unused, refunds cannot be issued for used or previously installed items.
Please be aware that returning a tank can be complicated and expensive, so please check that you are ordering the correct item (we suggest checking the dimensions very carefully).

Once your request is approved, a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued to initiate the returns process along with information on how & where to return your order along with any costs involved.
